Connecting Jobs, run by the non-profit organization Beredskapslyftet, supports newcomers in taking their first steps into the Swedish labour market – while at the same time helping employers access new talent. Join Connecting Jobs and TENT in Malmö on October 20th for a recruitment event where you will have the opportunity to meet several employers within retail in one place. We are now looking for Visual Commercial for Inditex (Zara), a global fashion retailer known for offering trendy, fast-changing clothing, footwear, accessories, and home goods at relatively affordable prices. An international brand with stores in the main cities of the world and online. Teamwork, passion, curiosity, diversity, sustainability, creativity, and humbleness are daily motivations. Location:Malmö, Emporia Shopping Center Who we are looking for:Visual Commercial Responsibilities:- Being responsible for the image and layout of the store, making sure the latest trends and best sellers are represented according to the company specifications, balancing between commerciality and image - Monitoring daily product replenishment and maintaining a high level of image standards - Analyzing sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise  - Competitor analysis and product feedback    - Motivate, encourage, develop and inspire your team. Requirements:- You have very good command of English language - You have background in fashion, design or graphics- You are flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends- You are able to attend interview during the recruitment event in Malmö on October 20th. Your profile:- You are passionate, curious, motivated and dynamic, with something different to contribute - You are detail-oriented, creative and proactive and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding career in fashion - You are able to multitask between your key responsibilities- You love fashion and celebrate self-expression - You have excellent analysis, prioritization and organizational skills. What the employer offers:- Permanent, full-time employment with start in November 2026. Important: This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. The participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship.
