Connecting Jobs, run by the non-profit organization Beredskapslyftet, supports newcomers in taking their first steps into the Swedish labour market – while at the same time helping employers access new talent. Join Connecting Jobs and TENT in Malmö on October 20th for a recruitment event where you will have the opportunity to meet several employers within retail in one place. We are now looking for Sales assistant for Inditex (Zara), a global fashion retailer known for offering trendy, fast-changing clothing, footwear, accessories, and home goods at relatively affordable prices. An international brand with stores in the main cities of the world and online. Teamwork, passion, curiosity, diversity, sustainability, creativity, and humbleness are daily motivations. Location:Malmö, Emporia Shopping Center Who we are looking for:Sales Assistant Responsibilities:- Support the daily operations of the store by advising customers - Processing sales and returns - Preparing online orders, and maintaining order on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Requirements:- You have very good command of English language- You have basic knowledge of Swedish language - You have experience from customer service role- You are flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends - Ability to attend interview during the recruitment event in Malmö on October 20th. Your profile:- You have passion for fashion, a strong customer focus, and a team-oriented approach - You are open-minded, flexible, and enjoy working in a diverse environment where collaboration leads to success. What the employer offers:- Time-limited, part-time employment (50%) - Seasonal employment with start at the end of October until end of December 2026. Important: This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. The participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship.
