Join Connecting Jobs, Welcome House and TENT in Göteborg on 1st of October for a recruitment event where you will have the opportunity to meet several hiring employers in one place. Our client is part of a hotel chain in Gothenburg and is looking to strengthen its breakfast team. The hotel is looking for flexible Breakfast Staff with a strong focus on guest service, dining-room work and dishwashing. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, can handle different guest situations and is comfortable working at a high pace. Location: Gothenburg Who we are looking for: Breakfast Staff – Waiter / Dishwasher Responsibilities:- Welcome guests and provide friendly service during breakfast- Prepare the dining area before and during breakfast service- Set, clear and keep tables and guest areas clean and organised- Replenish and maintain the breakfast buffet- Wash dishes, cutlery, glasses and kitchen equipment- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organised- Work flexibly between the breakfast buffet, dining room, dishwashing area and other breakfast stations- Maintain a high service level and prioritise tasks during busy periods Requirements:- Basic understanding of Swedish and ability to follow simple instructions- Upper-intermediate working proficiency in English and ability to handle most job-related communication independently- You enjoy working with people and can handle different situations with different types of guests- Ability to work at a high pace and prioritise tasks effectively- Ability to work early mornings- Flexibility to work at different stations within the breakfast service- Basic knowledge of preparing simple dishes is an advantage Your profile:- You are service-minded, friendly and comfortable in guest-facing work- You are organised and keep good order around you- You work well in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues What the employer offers:- Employment on an as-needed basis (vid behov), with shifts offered according to staffing needs- Possibility to use the hotel chain's staff application to view and pick available shifts at other hotels within the chain- Early-morning shifts- Salary according to the applicable HRF collective bargaining agreement Important:This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labour market. The participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship.
