We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong technical foundation in data engineering to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage multiple data and reporting solutions across different technologies. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams — acting as the key bridge between business needs and data-driven solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive informed decision-making. Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate insights effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to turn business requirements into actionable data models and analytics solutions. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI Proven experience in Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics projects Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience in requirement gathering, process understanding, and solution design SOFT SKILLS & WORKING STYLE  Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills Comfortable collaborating across international teams and time zones Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies Skilled in virtual collaboration tools for effective teamwork in global settings ABOUT ESSIQ ESSIQ is the technology consultancy where everything starts with the individual.
