ALTEN Gothenburg is currently seeking a Senior Project Leader to join a team to spearhead engine development projects for future ICE and hybrid drivetrain solutions. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Main responsibilites for the role: Develop and maintain the project plan in alignment with the agreed scope, and conduct Project Information & Progress Review meetings to ensure sub-team alignment and communication. Compile and present status and gate reports, covering cost, time, and quality, while proactively identifying, addressing, and escalating technical deviations, risks, and dependency issues to the appropriate management stakeholders. Coordinate and secure accurate build series content while serving as the primary customer interface for the project. Your Profile: Structured, proactive, and business-oriented leader who excels at managing multiple activities in parallel while maintaining focus on project goals. Enjoys problem-solving and thrives in collaborative environments to find solutions. Self-driven and comfortable working in international settings. Experience in automotive engineering and product development University degree or equivalent technical education in engineering Proven track record in project leadership, technical management, or similar engineering leadership positions Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus Open to commute or relocate to Gothenburg ABOUT ALTEN: ALTEN is one of Europe’s largest technology and IT consulting companies with over 57,000 employees in nearly 30 countries.
