Key Requirements Solid experience with Java and production-grade backend development Kafka and event-driven / data integration experience Google Cloud Platform proficiency, particularly data processing and storage services Infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform Docker and modern CI/CD practices SQL and relational databases Automated testing Working with structured data such as JSON Experience with Apache Beam/Dataflow, BigQuery, cloud security, and handling sensitive data is highly valuable Problem-solving capabilities and cross-functional collaboration abilities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Fluency in both English and Swedish Nice to have GDPR-aware data pipelines Kafka Schema Registry Azure Blob Storage Parquet or other Big Data technologies Reusable Terraform modules Container registries Data masking or encryption Perks & Benefits Competitive, flexible salary structure Health/gym budget Developer budget Pension contributions Private healthcare City office location Daily breakfast Company car or allowance Lifestyle perks (cleaning, childcare support) Location: Stockholm City Department: Software Engineering
