About the role As an HR Intern at Allgon, you will become part of our HR team in Gothenburg and have the opportunity to work broadly across several HR areas. We are a small, dedicated team that works closely with the business. We are based at the head office in Gothenburg and support our Swedish units while also collaborating with the global organization. The position is part-time, approximately 2 days per week during the autumn semester of 2026. The work will partly be adapted to our current needs, but typical tasks may include: Supporting recruitment processes, such as initial screening, reference checks, and candidate feedback Organizing and structuring HR policy and governance documents Contributing to Employer Branding activities and event planning Who are we looking for? We believe that you: Are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, HR, organization, or a similar field Have strong communication skills and find it easy to collaborate Are thorough, structured, and have high integrity Enjoy working with people and have a desire to contribute to development Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious if you have: Experience with systems such as Teamtailor, Winningtemp, or other HR systems An interest in the technology industry and experience from global organizations About Allgon Allgon is a Swedish company specializing in industrial radio control, with a strong track record in wireless technology innovation.
