We're looking for a Franchise Operations Consultant to help protect our brand standards and drive operational excellence across our franchise markets. In this role, you will ensure that our ways of working are clearly defined, consistently implemented, and continuously improved across our Franchise Partners. Across five countries, a dedicated team of professionals works behind the scenes in our support offices, ensuring our coffee shops run smoothly and our guests enjoy the best possible experience. From operations to innovation, our support team lays the foundation that helps our shops thrive. What You'll Do As an Franchise Operations Consultant, you'll combine evaluation visits, operational training, performance follow-up, and franchise project management. You will work closely with Franchise Partners and central teams to support new shop and market openings, strengthen operational performance, and ensure a consistent Espresso House experience across all markets. Key responsibilities Develop operational excellence – define and communicate clear standards, ways of working, and resources for Franchise Partners. Conduct evaluation visits – assess operational performance, identify opportunities, and support improvement plans. Train and support Franchise Partners – provide guidance, training, and calibration to strengthen operational capabilities. Lead franchise projects – coordinate new shop openings, onboarding, and launches of new franchise markets. Drive performance & improvement – analyse market trends, conduct Business Reviews, and identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability. Connect franchise and central teams – act as a key link between Franchise Partners and Espresso House functions to ensure clear communication and collaboration. Who are you? Operationally driven – Passionate about operational excellence and creating consistent, high-quality ways of working. Strong communicator – Able to communicate standards and expectations clearly and build strong relationships with different stakeholders. Collaborative & influential – Comfortable working across teams and supporting Franchise Partners without direct authority. Structured & organised – Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders across different markets. Commercial mindset – Understands the connection between operational performance, guest experience, and business results. Experience & skills Coffee expertise – Strong knowledge and passion for coffee and the coffee shop experience. Operations experience – Extensive experience from operations within the food, beverage, or restaurant industry. Franchise experience – Experience working with franchise operations or partners is an advantage. Communication skills – Fluent in English and confident communicating with stakeholders across markets.
