Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to advanced analytics and AI initiatives, primarily focused on digital services for connected vehicles. About the Role You will join an Advanced Analytics & AI team working across a variety of initiatives involving Advanced Analytics, Analytical AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and agentic AI solutions. The role requires a broad data science skillset, combining strong analytical exploration and problem-solving capabilities with practical knowledge of operationalising data science solutions. You will collaborate with other Data Scientists, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and translate business challenges into meaningful data-driven outcomes. Project allocation will depend on your experience, technical strengths, and areas of expertise. Key Responsibilities Explore and solve complex business and technical problems using data science techniques. Develop and implement advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions. Work with Python and PySpark to build data science models, analytical solutions, and data processing workflows. Develop and operationalise Data Science solutions using Databricks. Work with AWS-based data and analytics environments. Contribute to initiatives involving Advanced Analytics, Analytical AI, Generative AI, and agentic solutions. Identify appropriate tools, techniques, and approaches to address different analytical challenges. Collaborate with Data Scientists and other technical specialists across project teams. Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Communicate analytical findings and technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Contribute to operational practices and the continuous improvement of data science solutions. Required Qualifications Strong professional experience in Data Science or a related technical discipline. Excellent programming skills in Python and PySpark. Practical experience operationalising Data Science solutions in Databricks. Experience working with AWS cloud environments. Broad and up-to-date knowledge of Data Science methods, techniques, and tools. Strong analytical, exploratory, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to independently identify problems, select appropriate tools, and develop effective solutions. Understanding of operational practices for deploying and maintaining Data Science solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders. Genuine interest in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Areas of Expertise Experience in one or more of the following areas will be relevant: Advanced Analytics. Analytical AI. Generative AI (GenAI). Agentic AI solutions. Data Science operationalisation. Databricks and PySpark-based analytics. AWS-based data science solutions. Personal Attributes We are looking for someone who: Is a flexible and resourceful problem-solver.
